HOW TO MAINTAIN COMPUTER POINTING DEVICE OR MOUSE

Maintaining computer parts like the pointing device or mouse is very important in using your computer. If you have a computer latest or old, we should know even the very basic how to maintain. Because why? At the times you're using your computer then eventually it was failed to move the cursor of the mouse, but the keyboard cursor is working. Then your suspect that your pointing device got a partially damage part. But of course, you need to confirm before to move to throw away by replacing it with new one. This will involve your budget.

Then this is how the maintain of a device or part of computer you'll need to know. So that video above is for you guys. Place watch it very carefully and follow the instructions said in the video.

HOW TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN YOUR MOUSE OR POINTING DEVICE:

HOW TO OPEN THE MOUSE

1. Mostly of the mouse like for example the genius mouse has only a single screw you need to remove it. 

2. Slide using a flat screw the side of the mouse until it will open. But be careful of the notches at the front part of the mouse. It is clipping there, so you need to carefully slide until the top cover will open.

3. Once you open the top cover, remove the signal wire from the connector slot.

4. Remove the scroll roller

5. Then if there are screws tighten the control board, remove it first.

6. Then remove the controller board.

7. Then remove the sensor actuator mirror.

NOW YOU CAN USE EITHER BRUST OR PAINT BRUSH AND WD40

1. Remove the dust buildup of the top cover the lower cover using paint brush.

2. Clean and remove the dust buildup of the sensor mirror, the sensor IC of both the scroll and the optical LED.

3. Check the 3 microswitch if clicking after you press it.

4. If there are microswitch have no clicking sound. You need to replace it, it's available in local marketplace.

5. If all the parts are clean now and the microswitches is good, you can assemble carefully the mouse. Then you can test it how its smooth to actuate the mouse cursor. If that mouse is not functioning after cleaning and test, go back here any blog and scold me. Hehe he, joking true...
